This recipe is dairy, wheat and gluten free. Take out the sugar to make savoury pancakes.
6 Heaped tablespoons of Rice flour 2 Eggs 1 Tablespoon of sugar Oil for frying 1. Gradually mix the Soya Milk into the rice flour. 2. Add the eggs bit by bit. 3. Add the sugar. 4. Whisk the batter well. 5. Heat a teaspoon of the oil in a non-stick frying pan. 6. Add three tablespoons of the batter – fry each side for 2 minutes (until slightly golden). 7. Repeat step 6 until all the batter has been used up.
