125g Dairy Free Plain Chocolate 1. Grease 5 ramekin dishes. 2. Melt the butter and chocolate together. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs. Then add the flour and sugar to the eggs. 4. Add the egg mixture to the chocolate mixture. 5. Pour into the ramekin dishes. 6. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 12 mins at 180 C. Gas Mark 4. 7. When ready they should be cracked slightly on the surface but still soft in the middle.
