These are gluten and cows milk free. Soya milk could be used instead of sheep’s milk which will make it totally dairy free. 675g cubed chicken breast 1 Onion (chopped) 2 cloves of garlic 1" piece of ginger Half a chilli chopped 2 Tbsp lemon juice 450g sheep’s milk yoghurt or Provamel Yofu (natural) 1 tsp coriander 1tsp salt 3 tbsp paprika 2 tbsp garam masala
1. Mix together all the ingredients and pour over the chicken. 2. Leave for two hours to marinate. 3. Thread meat onto skewers. 4. Grill on a medium heat, turning frequently. 5. Serve on a bed of rice.
